The Planning Commission decided at their meeting on November 12, 2025 to recommend approval to City Council of a Site Plan/Architectural Review (SPAR) for a new industrial building on the IONEX properties generally located at the northeast corner of the intersection of N. 120th St. and Eastwind Drive.
